The total cryptocurrency market capitalization saw a significant increase of over $210 billion after the procedural vote on the Clarity Act failed in the U.S. Senate.

The Clarity Act, which aims to provide clarity and structure for the U.S. crypto market, was put to a procedural vote on September 15 but fell short of securing the necessary 60 votes, receiving 50 votes in favor and 49 against.

At the time of the vote, major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin experienced a decline, but the market has since rebounded.
