Crypto Market Steady, Bitcoin and Ethereum Hold Ground Near Record Prices
Bitcoin and Ethereum remain steady despite restrictive global funding conditions, according to The Economic Times. Bitcoin is trading near $84,000, while Ethereum approaches $2,700.
Nischal Shetty, Founder of WazirX, noted that the crypto market has been resilient this week, unaffected by changes in interest-rate expectations and Treasury yields. He added that Bitcoin's daily structure remains constructive, with support moving higher to 2,670-2,680 and resistance at 2,695-2,710.
Crypto ETFs saw net inflows of approximately $1.9 billion, indicating strong institutional interest despite a late reversal. Riya Sehgal, Research Analyst at Delta Exchange, observed that Bitcoin's rejection from the 86,000-87,200 supply zone has brought the price back near $84,500.
The global crypto market capitalisation was down 1.6% to $2.97 trillion, according to Coingecko data. Among major altcoins, BNB, XRP, Solana, Tron, Dogecoin, Hyperliquid, and Cardano corrected up to 4.6% over the last week.
