Crypto Price Predictions: Quant Surges on UK Bank Adoption
Quant (QNT), Chainlink (LINK), and Ondo have seen significant price increases in recent days, fueled by growth in the Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization industry.
UK banks Lloyds, Barclays, Monzo, and HSBC UK executed the first tokenized deposits through the Great British Tokenized Deposit (GBTD) initiative, powered by Quant's technology. This move has sent QNT's price soaring from a low of $55.48 in August to a high of $104 today.
The daily chart shows that QNT has moved above the crucial resistance level of $84.71 and is setting up a golden cross pattern, which could indicate further momentum beyond the initial spike. However, there is a risk that QNT will retreat and retest the key support level of $84.7 due to its overbought status.
Chainlink (LINK) has also seen a strong rally, moving from a low of $7.15 as demand for tokenized assets continues to rise. The chart shows that LINK is in a golden cross pattern and has retested the crucial support level of $10.26. With a clear path towards $15 and then $20 if it clears resistance, there is potential for further growth.
Ondo has also seen significant price increases, with its price jumping after partnering with BlackRock and receiving an innovation exemption from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Average Directional Index (ADX) continues to rise, indicating continued momentum. However, Ondo's price has moved into overbought territory, suggesting a brief pullback is possible.
