Cryptoaiml and TSAI Accused of $15M AI Trading Fraud by SEC

Share

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed two fraud complaints against Cryptoaiml Ltd. and TSAI Pro Ltd., alleging that they misappropriated more than $15.3 million from hundreds of retail investors through false AI trading claims.

The entities allegedly used WhatsApp group chats to build trust, impersonating investment professionals and issuing supposed AI-generated trading signals that promised large profits.

Cryptoaiml is accused of taking over $12.5 million, while TSAI Pro took more than $2.8 million between September 2024 and March 2025.

The SEC alleges that the entities claimed to be regulated by the SEC, posting falsified Form D filings on their websites and establishing formal adviser relationships with investors.
