Cypherpunk Acquires 4.2 GSol/s Zcash Mining Fleet for $33.33 Million

Cypherpunk Technologies has made its largest investment in Zcash mining by acquiring a 4.2 GSol/s fleet for $33.33 million, making it the largest active Zcash miner in the world.

The company purchased the Bitmain Z15 Pro machines from Winklevoss Capital-affiliated Moria Mining LLC and will operate them at facilities across the United States.

Cypherpunk's 18% share of the network's total computing power is estimated to produce around 7,800 ZEC per month, with about 43,800 ZEC distributed to miners each month.
