CZ on Stress Resistance and Adaptability in Crypto: 'Do Your Best and Leave the Rest to Fate'
CZ, the founder of Binance, recently appeared on the 'Meanders' podcast to discuss various topics, including stress resistance and adaptability in the crypto field.
During a break at the Demo Day event for EASY Residency hosted by YZi Labs in Bhutan, CZ reflected on his experiences and shared some insights about how he manages his workload. According to him, he no longer considers himself one of the busiest people in the world, but still handles a large volume of messages.
CZ explained that he replies to messages as soon as he sees them, checking his phone regularly throughout the day. He also emphasized the importance of having proactive team members who can keep him updated on project progress and schedule meetings without needing him to follow up.
Looking back at his early days with Binance, CZ mentioned that if he were to redo the platform today with his current experience, he would not engage with U.S. users from day one. He also stated that contracts and financial products would be launched earlier and more comprehensively, while blocking certain regions.
