Investors seeking stable income streams in volatile markets may find opportunities in dividend-paying stocks. Top Wall Street analysts have recommended three such stocks, according to TipRanks, a platform that ranks analysts based on their past performance.

Chevron (CVX) is one of these recommendations. The company recently paid a quarterly dividend of $1.78 per share, with an annualized dividend of $7.12 per share and a yield of about 3.5%. Goldman Sachs analyst Neil Mehta, who ranks No. 536 among over 12,500 analysts tracked by TipRanks, reiterated a buy rating on CVX after meeting with senior leadership.

Mehta highlighted Chevron's efforts to deploy new technologies in shale and tight-oil operations, which are expected to improve recovery by about 10% in new wells. He also noted the company's focus on boosting productivity and efficiency to maximize free cash flow, as well as its plans to more than double gross production in Venezuela by 2031.

Another recommended stock is Enterprise Products Partners (EPD), a master limited partnership that provides midstream energy services. With a quarterly cash distribution of 56 cents per common unit ($2.24 per common unit annualized) and a yield of about 6%, EPD has been praised by RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto, who ranks No. 199 among over 12,500 analysts tracked by TipRanks.

Scotto expects EPD to report another solid quarter in Q3 2026, with investors focusing on export demand durability and the company's ability to profit from spot cargo sales. She also noted that EPD's diverse asset base ensures stable cash flows, while its multi-year organic growth backlog provides visibility into long-term distribution growth.

Lastly, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (BIP) has been recommended by BMO Capital analyst Devin Dodge, who ranks No. 476 among over 12,500 analysts tracked by TipRanks. With a quarterly distribution of 45.5 cents per unit and an annualized distribution of $1.82, BIP offers a yield of about 5.2%.

Dodge believes that BIP has clearer visibility into where it will deploy capital, supporting continued double-digit growth in funds from operations (FFO) per unit. He also noted the expected benefits from the company's proposed corporate simplification and its joint venture with Intel, which is expected to be fully commissioned by the end of 2026.
