Dormant QNT Whales Stir $10M in Activity Following Price Rally

Quant's (QNT) recent price surge has brought dormant wallets back into action. Long-inactive Quant holders have moved nearly $10 million in QNT tokens, worth around 42,450 units, after more than three years of inactivity.

The activity involves two major wallets that had remained largely dormant for over three years. One wallet, beginning with 0x6d32, sent 8,250 QNT to Binance, valued at approximately $1.88 million. This transfer occurred around 13 hours before the snapshot, and the same wallet interacted with Binance several years prior.

A larger wallet, starting with 0xd633, also became active after more than three years of inactivity. It moved 34,200 QNT worth approximately $8.05 million and had already deposited 9,000 QNT into Coinbase and Kraken. This activity adds potential exchange supply as QNT trades above its levels from earlier this month.

QNT's recent rally has been accompanied by a sharp increase in trading activity. The asset has traded between $196.11 and $357 during the period, with 24-hour volume climbing to about $1.55 billion. Its market cap is near $2.98 billion, with approximately 12.07 million QNT in circulation.
