Draganfly Stock Surges on $10M Capital Raise Amid Analysts' Bullish Projections
Drone manufacturer Draganfly (DPRO) stock gained around 5% in premarket trading on Monday after announcing a $10 million strategic capital raise. The investment, valued at $5.35 per share, was equally split between Unusual Machines (UMAC) and an undisclosed U.S. private fund.
The offering is expected to issue approximately 1.87 million common shares, with the transaction set to finalize on or before September 29, 2026. Draganfly plans to use the funds for accelerating development of strategic initiatives and general corporate operations as product demand increases.
Draganfly CEO Cameron Chell characterized the arrangement as strategically motivated beyond pure capital raising, emphasizing the focus on combining operational strengths to serve customers at greater scale across domestic and international markets.
