Hoskinson Sees Midnight Outshining Zcash on Strength of AI and Cross-Chain Tech

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has made an interesting prediction about Midnight, a privacy-focused blockchain. In his opinion, Midnight could eventually become bigger than Zcash, citing its advanced features such as privacy technology, AI capabilities, cross-chain functionality, and integration with the Cardano infrastructure.

Hoskinson didn't specify what he meant by 'bigger', but it's likely referring to market capitalization or overall adoption. Currently, Midnight's NIGHT token has a market cap of around $437 million, whereas Zcash's market cap is roughly $26.4 billion.

Midnight's mainnet launched in March as a specialized Layer-1 partner chain operating alongside Cardano. This strategic partnership could contribute to Midnight's growth and increased visibility in the crypto space.
