Dubai Gaming Hub Sees 30% Growth, Partners with Serbia

Share

The DMCC Gaming Centre in Dubai has seen a 30% annual growth in membership, reaching 165 companies. This milestone was marked by a strategic partnership with the Serbian Games Association (SGA) to strengthen ties between the gaming industries of Dubai and Serbia.

The agreement was signed at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, where DMCC participated alongside the Dubai Pavilion. The partnership aims to facilitate closer commercial and ecosystem cooperation, supporting gaming companies seeking to expand into international markets.

Under the agreement, DMCC and SGA will explore soft-landing support for companies entering Dubai and Serbia, connect businesses across both ecosystems, share market intelligence and industry expertise, and develop joint events. They will also provide reciprocal access to co-working facilities and explore further opportunities to support international expansion.

The partnership reflects the growth of the gaming ecosystem in DMCC's technology community, which spans over 4,000 companies across gaming, artificial intelligence, crypto, Web3, and cybersecurity.
