Duelbits Crypto Casino Hacked for $7M as Hackers Drain Wallets Across Four Networks

Duelbits, a crypto casino, has been hit by hackers who drained approximately $7 million from its various wallets across four networks. The company confirmed that it is investigating the matter and assured users that funds within their accounts are unaffected.

The incident was first detected by Scam Sniffer, which specializes in blockchain security research. They found a string of unusual transfers from Duelbits' wallets on BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Tron, including an 8.1 BTC loss from the company's BTC wallet.

According to Scam Sniffer, the affected wallets were 'hot wallets', which are online accounts used for speedy transactions but also more vulnerable to hacking if credentials are compromised. Duelbits co-founder Joe confirmed the incident, stating that they would remain offline until the investigation was complete and their hot wallets replenished.
