Eightco Holdings Backs World Foundation's $52.5M Funding Round with Substantial WLD Holding

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) announced its participation in World Foundation's $52.5M funding round, which marks a significant shift from building to scaling the utility. The company's treasury composition as of July 26, 2026, includes $90 million OpenAI equity (indirect), $18 million Beast Industries equity, 16,278 ETH, nearly 302 million WLD holdings, and $142M cash and equivalents, totaling approximately $391 million.

Eightco provides indirect exposure to some of the most innovative private companies, including OpenAI and Beast Industries. World Foundation celebrated its three-year anniversary of launching into production, with more than 39 million users joining the World Network and over 18 million humans verified by an Orb.

The network has utilized more than 475 million World ID proofs since its launch. Eightco's holdings include a significant investment in WLD, which will continue to enter circulation but at roughly half the previous daily rate, materially slowing the growth of overall supply.
