Ethereum's price has broken out of its September consolidation pattern, pushing above $2,662 and renewing interest in reaching $3,000.

The bull-flag scenario is back in focus as Ethereum continues to draw capital toward on-chain applications. This breakout test comes at the same time Remittix, a PayFi project, opens crypto-to-bank testing to its first 1,000 users ahead of a scheduled November 24 RTX debut.

The Sepolia testnet for Glamsterdam's upgrade is set for October 6, which includes changes to block-level access lists and gas pricing. These updates aim to address the network's ability to handle more complex activity as stablecoins, DeFi, and tokenized assets grow.
