Ethereum Consolidation Continues as ETF Flows Defy Exit Narrative
Ethereum's recent price action has been consolidating near $2,452 after breaking out in August. The asset's price is currently being tested by a key Fibonacci level of $2,438.
Despite Grayscale's conversion-related outflows, Ethereum ETFs have continued to attract significant capital inflows. Between September 8 and September 11, these funds pulled in a total of $197.11 million, with BlackRock's ETHA leading the charge at $139.94 million on September 11 alone.
This contradicts the narrative that institutional demand has left Ethereum's ecosystem, as it is clear that investors are simply realigning their capital to lower-cost vehicles. The total inflow into ETHA since its launch stands at a staggering $11.4 billion.
