Ethereum Eyes $2,800 as AlphaPepe Fills Stage 20 Ahead of Next Price Increase

Ethereum's price has been showing strength in a difficult period for its exchange-traded funds, recovering to around $2,500 after a 2% gain.

Buyers absorbing selling pressure helped ETH return towards this level as the wider crypto market recovered. The first price test is now at $2,600, an area that Ethereum has traded in earlier recovery attempts.

Reaching the $2,800 target would require around 12% growth from the current price of $2,500. This is achievable during a strong market recovery, but Ethereum needs continued spot buying and an improvement in fund flows to carry the move. Renewed withdrawals could slow the advance by returning more ETH to the market.

Fund flows matter because these products give large investors a simple route into ETH. A return to inflows would increase buying without those investors using a crypto exchange directly, potentially helping Ethereum turn $2,600 from a ceiling into support.
