Ethereum Nears $2,800 Hurdle as Remittix Prepares for November Debut
Ethereum's $2,800 hurdle is drawing near as its price hovered around $2,690 on September 26. According to a Reuters technical review from September 22, Ethereum broke through a flag formation near $2,662, but the bigger question remains whether this momentum will translate into lasting demand from applications, funds, and users.
Remittix, a project aiming to unite bank payments with trading and asset tools, is set to debut on November 24. The platform allows customers to turn cryptocurrency into fiat delivered to a compatible bank account, making it easier for individuals to receive remote payments in local currencies. With over $32 million raised from more than 40,000 participants towards its $36 million hard cap, Remittix's token, RTX, is currently trading at $0.21 with an announced final presale tier of $0.46.
The success of Remittix will be a test not only for the project itself but also for Ethereum's ability to attract lasting demand from users and applications. If Remittix can establish a strong customer base, it could set a precedent for other projects in the space.
