Ethereum Torn Between Bullish Fundamentals and Bearish Technicals
Ethereum (ETH) is at a critical juncture near $1,850 as bearish divergence and a channel breakdown clash with continued ETF inflows. The price has fallen back below $1,900 after buyers failed to maintain the latest recovery, leaving ETH positioned between an important support zone and growing technical evidence that momentum is weakening.
According to Ted's chart, Ethereum's move below $1,900 has weakened its short-term momentum, but the broader recovery has not completely broken while price remains above the $1,850 support region. Holding $1,850 could allow Ethereum to reclaim $1,900 before challenging $1,950 and $2,000.
A decisive move through $2,000 would strengthen the structure and place the next resistance near $2,150-$2,200 in focus. However, losing the current demand zone would expose the lower support near $1,670. A more aggressive sell-off could eventually bring the larger $1,530-$1,550 region back into consideration.
