Farage's Reform UK Banked £144m From Two Cryptocurrency Billionaires

Nigel Farage's Reform UK party has received its second £36m donation in just two days, courtesy of cryptocurrency tycoon Christopher Harborne. This follows a similar £36m donation from fellow crypto billionaire Ben Delo on Friday.

The donations have sparked renewed calls for a cap on political donations, with Labour MP Richard Burgon warning that 'our democracy should not be for sale.'

Farage defended the donations, saying they would allow his party to fight the next general election 'on a level playing field.' He added that both donors had shown 'such confidence in Reform' and that he was 'humbled' by their generosity.
