Fed's Stablecoin Framework Boosts Crypto Prospects, Remittix Seeks to Close Banking Gap
The Federal Reserve has proposed a framework for supervised payment-stablecoin issuers, aiming to advance the regulatory structure around blockchain-based dollars. This move could benefit Bitcoin and tokenized-finance platforms such as Ondo indirectly if clearer rules encourage institutions to invest more in crypto.
Remittix, a platform building one wallet for payments, derivatives, asset management, and yield, is targeting the gap between digital assets and ordinary banking. The company's RTX token is available at $0.21 before its November launch and could see a 100x price increase with extraordinary adoption.
The Fed's proposal outlines application, risk-management, and supervisory expectations for issuers under its oversight but does not guarantee price increases for BTC or Ondo. Clearer rules may make tokenized cash more acceptable to banks, payment firms, and asset managers, paving the way for Remittix's PayFi platform.
