The company's SOL and SOL equivalent holdings rose by 948,601 SOL, reaching 8,501,298 SOL. This represents approximately 1.4% of the total Solana circulating supply.

The SOL was acquired at an average cost of $83 per SOL. On a per-share basis, SOL per fully diluted share increased 10.4% quarter over quarter, from 0.0730 to 0.0806. The company's preliminary, unaudited net asset value jumped to approximately $870.4 million as of September 30, up from approximately $481.3 million as of June 30.

This growth is a demonstration of Forward Industries' treasury strategy, which is centered on buying, holding, staking, trading, and investing in SOL and related digital assets. The company aims to expand and strengthen the Solana ecosystem while increasing shareholder value.
