XRP's price dropped sharply after the U.S. Senate failed to push forward the 'Clarity bill', but despite this volatility, Franklin Templeton's XRPZ exchange-traded fund (ETF) continued to attract investor funds.

In fact, according to CoinGlass data, all spot XRP ETF net inflows of $2.73 million on Sept. 17 were concentrated in XRPZ, which lifted the fund's cumulative net inflows to about $483 million.

This trend suggests that product demand and spot price moves do not necessarily move in the same direction.

XRP traded at around $1.42 on Sept. 14 before falling to around $1.28 on Sept. 15, a decline of approximately 10 percent.
