The Gemini Trust Company, co-founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, has sent $10 million in Bitcoin to the MAGA Inc. Super PAC supporting President Donald Trump.

This donation was made on June 19th and is recorded in the PAC's July report to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). The contribution is notable as it comes after a joint motion filed by Gemini and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking to reverse a $5 million settlement over alleged false or misleading statements.

CFTC Chair Michael Selig had claimed that the agency under former President Joe Biden 'politically targeted' the Winklevoss brothers through enforcement actions. The joint motion has yet to be decided upon by the court.
