Grayscale Pushes Forward with Ethereum Staking Mini ETF Filing
Grayscale has updated its Ethereum Staking Mini ETF filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), marking another step in the evolution of cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds beyond simple spot exposure.
The update reflects the growing demand for staked Ether products, which could potentially generate additional returns from participating in Ethereum's proof-of-stake network.
Ethereum transitioned to a proof-of-stake model in 2022, allowing participants to lock or delegate ETH to help secure the network and validate transactions in return for staking rewards.
