H100 CEO Eirik Grøttum has invested in his own company by purchasing 407,163 shares through Kode Oslo AS. This move comes after H100's acquisition of NSD AS, which brought in 2,455.37 BTC and took the company's treasury to 3,506.4 BTC.

The shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 1.53 per share, with a total cost of SEK 621,887. This purchase increases Grøttum's related holdings above 5.3 million shares.

H100 has been expanding its Bitcoin treasury strategy since May 2025, starting with a small purchase of 4.39 BTC. The company's balance sheet is now sensitive to cryptocurrency prices due to the significant exposure it holds in Bitcoin.
