H100 CEO Eirik Grøttum has increased his stake in H100 by purchasing 407,163 shares for SEK 621,887, bringing the total number of shares associated with him to 5,399,464.

The purchase was made through Kode Oslo, a company where Grøttum serves on the board and owns 20% of the shares. He also participates in its investment decisions.

H100's treasury still holds 3,506.4 BTC after acquiring NSD AS, which brought 2,455.37 BTC into the group through a reorganization without using any cash consideration. The company issued 790,534,666 new shares for the acquisition at SEK 1.86 each.

H100's balance sheet is highly sensitive to cryptocurrency prices due to its Bitcoin treasury strategy. The company's CEO, Eirik Grøttum, has stated that simply accumulating Bitcoin through fund-raising may not be sufficient and that they plan to use capital allocation, capital-markets activity, acquisitions, and operating cash flow alongside their Bitcoin holdings.
