HBAR Holds $0.1024 Support, Buyers Seek to Reclaim $0.1048
Hedera Hashgraph's token, HBAR, has given back most of its recent rally, which peaked at 27.32% on September 28. The price has settled back to a level where buyers must defend the first support beneath the market. According to Crypto Daily, the token rose to an intraday high of $0.1310, but fell 16.09% the following day as sellers reversed most of the move.
The rally was tied to reports that an identity platform built on Hedera had reached IBM Cloud, adding force to the network's enterprise-adoption narrative. Daily spot was $0.1024 on October 2, per Blockspot. At this point, HBAR is technically sensitive, with short-term momentum readings remaining constructive, but the price sitting at the nearest identified support after a news-driven reversal.
The daily RSI (14) stood at 59.4 on October 2, which Blockspot classed as bullish, but noted it remained below the conventional 70 overbought threshold. The daily MACD reading was 0.0074, above its 0.0064 signal line, a bullish alignment. The short-term exponential moving averages also pointed in the same direction.
The longer moving-average structure, however, remains weaker, with a bearish configuration sitting uneasily alongside the bullish RSI, MACD, and EMA signals. A hold at support would carry more weight than the indicators alone, showing that buyers can absorb the post-headline selling.
