House Committee Set to Vote on Historic Bitcoin Reserve Bill
The American Reserve Modernization Act (ARMA) of 2026, also known as the Bitcoin Reserve Bill, is set to undergo a historic vote in the House Financial Services Committee on September 16 at 10:00 am ET.
The bipartisan bill was introduced by Republican Rep. Nick Begich and Democrat co-sponsor Rep. Jared Golden.
The core provisions of ARMA aim to modernize the US reserve system, which has been criticized for being outdated and inflexible.
