Hyperliquid ETFs Value Grows Despite Decrease in Investor Inflows
The Hyperliquid ETFs have experienced significant growth in value despite a decline in investor inflows. As of September 25, 2026, the three U.S. spot ETFs held a total of $502 million in net assets, with a peak of $356.6 million on September 4. This means that around $14 million flowed out of the funds during this period.
The price appreciation of HYPE tokens has contributed to the growth of the ETFs, with their valuation based on HYPE's market value at around 2.5%. In contrast, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs typically hold about 6.3% of all Bitcoin.
Investor interest in the Hyperliquid ETFs decreased after the inflow peak on September 4 and amid the $820 million unlock, with dominant buying activity shifting to Hyperliquid Strategies and the protocol's own buybacks.
