Hyperscale Data reports $56.4 million in Bitcoin and cash reserves
Hyperscale Data reported holding $56.4 million in Bitcoin, cash, and restricted cash as of October 4. This total included 219.9586 BTC, valued at approximately $19 million, and $37.4 million in cash and restricted cash. The $56.4 million figure represents the combined value of these assets, not just the Bitcoin reserves.
The NYSE American-listed company provided this update to give investors insight into its balance sheet, which supports both its Bitcoin holdings and data-center operations. Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III emphasized the company’s focus on strengthening its balance sheet to back its core businesses and the expansion of its Michigan AI data-center site.
While Bitcoin is part of Hyperscale’s strategy, it is not the sole focus. The company’s data-center business remains central to its operating story. Future updates will be important for shareholders to monitor, as they will indicate whether the Bitcoin balance grows and whether the cash position remains sufficient to fund ongoing expansions.
