Institutional Investors Stick to Crypto Despite 50% Market Drop

Institutional investors have kept their crypto exposure steady despite a rough market decline of around 50% from Q4 2025 to Q2 2026, according to a recent survey by Bitwise.

The firm interviewed 15 institutional investors and found that none reduced their allocation during the period in question.

The steady allocations indicate continued institutional conviction, which could potentially stabilize DeFi, CEX/DEX liquidity, and fundraising dynamics.
