Institutions Take Center Stage at Korea Blockchain Week 2026

Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) is set to return to Seoul from September 29 to October 1, 2026. This year's edition will have a stronger focus on institutions than previous ones.

The event, organized by FACTBLOCK and presented in partnership with Upbit, will feature keynote speeches and panel discussions centered around six core themes: policy and market structure, the next market cycle, on-chain capital markets, 24/7 decentralized trading venues, settlement and payments, and the intersection of AI and crypto.

The conference will bring together US policymakers, Korean and international market operators, tech executives, and protocol founders. Speakers include Patrick Witt, executive director of the White House President's Council of Advisors for Digital Assets, and Brian Quintenz, a former CFTC commissioner who later led policy at a16z crypto.
