JPMorgan Sees BTC Price Rise If Bitcoin ETF Holdings Decline
JPMorgan analysts predict that if there is a decrease in the intense holding of Bitcoin ETFs, the price of BTC may rise.
The bank notes that Gold ETFs have already recovered all their losses by 2026 and Bitcoin ETFs have recovered about half of theirs.
Data from IBIT shows that investors are taking on less risk as they hold fewer short positions and options against BTC.
JPMorgan is also monitoring the regulatory uncertainty and slow pace of the Clarity Act process, which it sees as a significant risk for its 2026 outlook.
