Kazakhstan Sees Strong Demand for Bitcoin Futures ETF
The Bitcoin futures ETF in Kazakhstan recorded 34,000 trades worth $45.8 million in the first half of 2026.
Kazakhstan's National Bank Chairman Timur Suleimenov reported this at a government meeting, citing data from the exchange.
In addition to the Bitcoin ETF, new ETFs covering three other crypto assets have been traded, with a total of 650 trades worth $2.2 million.
Kazakhstan's digital assets market is moving towards licensed operations, with the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange receiving status as an operator of a digital financial assets platform and a digital assets trading platform.
