Korean Bank Tests Stablecoin Transfers with Solana

South Korea's Jeonbuk Bank has successfully completed a test of cross-border stablecoin transfers using a private channel on the Solana blockchain. The pilot involved the Solana Foundation and Node Infra, with the goal of simulating the entire transfer cycle.

The test used a model of remittances by foreign workers from Korea to their home countries, without publishing details about counterparties or amounts. Instead, only the deposit and settlement outcomes were recorded on the main network.
