Kraken Parent Payward Brings On-Chain Perpetual Futures to US Clients

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, is planning to introduce on-chain perpetual futures markets for its US clients through Hyperliquid. This move would make it the first U.S.-regulated venue to offer this product.

The launch of perpetual futures markets on Hyperliquid will give American traders access to a market that has been largely out of reach for years.

Payward subsidiaries, which include Kraken, two other companies, and several other entities, have already established a presence in the US through the registration with the relevant authorities.
