KULR Technology Group has been aggressively selling its Bitcoin holdings over the past few months. According to Arkham data, the company transferred 145.8 BTC worth $9.45 million to Coinbase Prime in a single transaction. This move reduced KULRTech's total holdings from 1,021 BTC, valued at $101 million, to just 100 BTC, now worth $6.47 million.

The company has been struggling with significant losses due to the prolonged bear market, which has seen Bitcoin fall by 48% since its all-time high in October 2025. Many institutional investors, including treasuries, have been forced to sell their holdings at a loss as they struggle to recover from the downturn.

KULR Technology Group's stock price has also been severely impacted, declining 78% from its peak of $43 after announcing its Bitcoin investment. As of now, the company's stock value stands at around $2.7.
