The top Layer 2 tokens for October 2026 have been identified based on their performance in fees, activity, and upside. SOON is a rollup stack that brings the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) to other base chains, with a current price of $0.2918 and market cap of $99.23M.

The team behind SOON claims 50 millisecond blocks and sub-cent fees, but daily trading volume is nearly matching the whole market cap, indicating heavy speculation. The project has no fixed supply cap and about 340 million tokens are currently circulating.
