McGlone Sounds Alarm: Bitcoin Price May Face Sharp Reversal

Bloomberg's Mike McGlone is warning that Bitcoin's recent surge above $86,000 may be short-lived. According to McGlone, a 'high-price cure' could push BTC towards $60,000 due to rising Treasury yields, stock-market risks, and weaker support from traditional markets.

McGlone's theory compares the 2023 Bitcoin price movement above $100,000 to crude oil's rise before its major decline in 2008. He questions whether Bitcoin has established a durable bottom around $60,000.

The strategist points out that Bitcoin has struggled to remain significantly above previous resistance levels despite major US stock indexes trading near record highs.
