Meme Coin Platforms Emerge Amid Market Growth
The meme coin market has grown significantly in recent years, and various platforms have emerged to cater to this demand. Among them are eight platforms that serve as launchpads, trading terminals, or mobile apps for discovering, creating, or trading meme tokens.
Pump.fun is a Solana-based launchpad where new coins can be created and traded from the moment of launch, without any liquidity seeding or presale. Fees on PumpSwap, its own exchange, range from 0.30% to 1.25%, depending on market cap. However, graduation to this platform is not a quality signal, as most coins never reach it.
Another notable platform is Four.meme, a no-code launchpad on BNB Chain that allows tokens to trade on an internal bonding curve before being seeded into PancakeSwap. Fees vary depending on the launch mode, and there's also an optional tax token setting for builders.
Pons, or Pons Family, is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain with a fixed-supply token model. Despite its rapid growth, only about 1.1% of all Pons launches had graduated to a pool as of August 31, and users should be aware that gas fees may increase due to the upcoming window closure.
