NEAR AI Cloud Integrates Powerful Coding Model for Autonomous Agents

NEAR AI Cloud has expanded its model lineup by integrating Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 5.5, a highly capable coding model that can be accessed through a blockchain-native inference platform.

The model comes with a 1 million token context window and adaptive reasoning enabled by default, priced at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 has demonstrated impressive performance, scoring 70.6% on the Terminal-Bench 4.0 coding evaluation benchmark, significantly outperforming its predecessor, Sonnet 5, which scored only 10.3% on the same test.

The integration with NEAR AI Cloud allows developers to access Claude Sonnet 5.5 through a unified gateway at cloud-api.near.ai, supporting both OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-native API formats.
