NEAR Brings Over 450 Tokenized US Stocks On-Chain with Ondo Integration

NEAR has integrated Ondo Stocks into its platform, making it possible for users to buy and hold tokenized US stocks and ETFs alongside cryptocurrencies. This integration brings over 450 tokenized assets on-chain, including tokenized versions of Nvidia, Tesla, and Apple shares, as well as the QQQ ETF.

The partnership between NEAR and Ondo Stocks leverages NEAR Intents' cross-chain routing infrastructure to connect users with crypto liquidity across more than 30 blockchain networks. This allows for confidential execution, meaning that transactions are not publicly broadcast like on traditional public blockchains.

Ondo Stocks' tokenized equities market has already surpassed $1 billion in value, and its cumulative trading volume stands at over $27 billion. NEAR's integration provides a new distribution and execution route to this market, potentially bringing more liquidity and activity to the platform.
