Nvidia has locked in a massive deal with SK Group to dominate AI infrastructure. The partnership is valued at over $500 billion and covers three main pillars: building a 2-gigawatt AI data center powered by Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, co-developing HBM4 memory with SK hynix, and addressing global memory supply shortages.

The deal formalizes the relationship between Nvidia and SK hynix, which was first announced in June 2026. The two companies will deepen their collaboration to develop high-bandwidth memory that AI training workloads depend on. This partnership is significant because SK hynix is one of only a handful of companies capable of producing HBM at scale.

The 2-gigawatt data center, which is set to be operational in 2027, would be among the largest AI compute installations anywhere in the world and is being built around Nvidia's own hardware platform. This deal has significant implications for the crypto and AI token markets, with projects like Bittensor (TAO), Render (RNDR), and Fetch.ai (FET) potentially seeing renewed interest.
