OG.com Secures Crucial SEC Approval for Single-Stock Futures

Share

OG.com, the sister exchange of Crypto.com, has cleared a major regulatory hurdle in the US. The platform has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer single-stock futures trading in the United States.

This milestone marks a significant step towards merging digital assets with traditional securities markets. OG.com's legal entity, North American Derivatives Exchange, filed Form 1-N with the SEC on Monday, seeking registration as a national securities exchange for trading futures products.

The SEC's acknowledgment of this filing has granted OG.com the green light to list single-stock futures products in the US market. This clearance is not a routine formality and has stalled other crypto-linked equity products for months or years.
