Ondo Finance Readies 'Intelligent Portfolio' Product Bundling Multiple Tokenized Shares

Ondo Finance is preparing to launch an 'intelligent portfolio' product that bundles multiple tokenized shares into one. The company's managing director and product portfolio manager, John Hoffman, revealed this plan at the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium 2026.

Ondo Finance has been working on tokenizing real-world assets such as US bonds, US-listed stocks, and ETFs for trading on blockchain. Their Ondo Stocks service allows investors in non-US territories to gain exposure to US-listed stocks and ETFs through tokenized assets issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited.

The new intelligent portfolio product will combine individual tokenized shares into a single token, which can be traded on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain. Hoffman stated that the development of this product is based on his initial strategy when he joined Ondo Finance in June 2026.

Hoffman compared the growth of ETFs over 33 years to the current tokenization market, noting that both have faced similar challenges and criticisms initially. He believes that new technologies will ultimately transform the market just as ETFs did.
