Oura Postpones Nasdaq Debut Amid Uncertain Market Conditions
Oura's highly anticipated Nasdaq IPO has been delayed, casting uncertainty over its prospects. The smart-ring maker had launched its initial public offering on September 21st through Coinbase's online brokerage platform, aiming to sell 50 million shares for up to $2.2 billion.
The delay comes despite strong demand for the offering, which was also the first deal made available to eligible U.S. retail customers through Coinbase's app. Oura has retained flexibility to choose the timing of its IPO, but a new listing date remains unclear.
