Phantom Adds Support for BNB Chain, Expanding User Access to Token Trading
Phantom, a popular Web3 wallet, has started supporting the BNB Chain. This means that users can now trade tokens on the BNB Chain directly within the Phantom app.
The BNB Chain is a blockchain ecosystem that includes the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), among others. The BSC is often referred to as the BNB Chain, and it's likely that Phantom has started supporting this specific chain.
Phantom also supports other chains, including Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon PoS, Bitcoin, HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain, Arc, and more. This expansion of support for the BNB Chain is the latest development in Phantom's ongoing efforts to provide users with seamless access to a wide range of blockchain networks.
Phantom has been actively adding new chains to its platform in recent months. In July, it announced support for the Robinhood Chain, which allowed users to trade tokens on that network directly within the app. However, Phantom also terminated support for Sui Network and Monad in August and September, respectively.
