PowerCompute Cuts Secured Debt by Nearly 94% After Repaying Arch
PowerCompute (PWCM) has made significant progress in reducing its secured debt by approximately 94% after repaying Arch, which held a Bitcoin-backed credit facility. The company repaid $22.45 million of obligations, with Arch selling approximately 267.3 out of the 307 pledged Bitcoins to satisfy $21,892,132 of principal and other fees.
No Bitcoin remains pledged as a result of this settlement. PowerCompute's total secured debt has fallen from around $19.4 million on June 30, 2026, to approximately $1.25 million. The remaining secured borrowings consist of one promissory note maturing on December 31, 2026.
According to PowerCompute, annual interest expense for its remaining secured debt is approximately $140,000. The company plans to deploy mining equipment across approximately 3.5 MW of owned capacity in Mississippi and modernize its Oklahoma fleet. Upon completion, it expects its active mining hash rate to reach around 964 PH/s.
