Pump.fun Defends Bullish Trend Amid Strong Revenue Growth
Pump.fun's strong revenue performance in 2026 has continued to support its bullish trend. According to CoinGecko, the altcoin generated $322 million in revenue so far this year, making it the second-highest earner behind Hyperliquid with $429 million. The combined revenue of these two projects accounts for 22.10% of the total tracked revenue of $3.40 billion.
The revenue comes primarily from token creation and trading fees on Pump.fun's memecoin launchpad. Additionally, the project has seen increased usage and reduced supply due to a 240 million PUMP token buyback. This scarcity has contributed to the boost in token value.
Despite some pullbacks, the 50-day Moving Average (MA) remains intact at $0.00384. The altcoin's price has rebounded after testing this level and continues to show bullish momentum since early July. The OBV is rising toward August highs, but the CMF remains in negative territory.
On the daily timeframe, the trend remains bullish, with prices reaching levels not seen since October 2025. On the 4-hour chart, a range formation is evident, with potential buying opportunities at the range highs or upon a breakout past the $0.00464 local high.
