Pump.fun Unregistered in Québec, AMF Issues Warning

On September 25, 2026, Québec's securities regulator, Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), issued a warning about Pump.fun, stating that it is not registered with the AMF and is not authorized to solicit investors in the province.

The AMF categorized its notice as a cryptoasset and high-risk platform warning. The Canadian Securities Administrators also listed the alert, identifying the AMF as its issuer and repeating the registration and solicitation finding.
